We are in need of pictures for the web site. If you have any historical photos or pictures related to soils or AOP (including pictures of soils, onsite investigations, etc.), please contact us. Need Soil Scientists Tom Zimmerman was contacted by a consulting engineer located in Michigan (with an office in Cleveland) about needing a soil scientist or soil scientists to evaluate the soils for a 1,000-acre site for 1,500 units located in Lorain County west of South Amherst. The site is the old Cleveland Quarry. The units will not be individual septic systems but the site will have a treatment facility and the soil will be used for effluent reuse. Anyone interested in this should contact Tom for more information. He can provide you with the contact information and what he knows about the project. This seems like a good opportunity for a soil scientist or a team of soil scientists to help with this project.
